I had an exceptional experience at The Waterfront Cafe! The food, including my perfectly cooked and seasoned steak sandwich, was delicious. My husband also raved about his burger, which we believe deserves a permanent spot on the main menu due to its outstanding taste. The view of the water and the vibrant interior added to the overall ambiance. The service was impeccable, with attentive and friendly staff making the experience even more enjoyable. January 2nd 2026. Arrived at 10:15am, very busy holiday time. Outstanding, prompt, polite service. Food was exceptional. There were 6 of us, 4 adults 2 children. All meals were absolutely delicious, beautifully prepared and presented. Fabulous setting by the water’s edge. Thank you staff. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend.
Had a lovely breakfast at The Waterfront Cafe in Merimbula. eggs benedict with smoked salmon for me, and a burger for my husband, both delicious. The view of the lake was absolutely dreamy, and the service was friendly and prompt.
